We now have a Brand New method to Upload files to us. It works with both Windows and Macintosh computers. Simply fill out the form, select the department, add your instructions and drag your files into the window you wish to upload. You will need to have Java installed. It can be downloaded at www.java.com.
Our old FTP Site is available still for anyone having problems.
Internet Explorer 7 currently has problems with some FTP sites including ours. Please use the new form for uploading.
Macintosh users will need to add file extensions to the files prior to submition. As an added precaution, we also ask that all customers zip or stuff their file, including fonts and placed or linked images prior to upload. We have unlimited space on our FTP site. So, the problem of files being too large to transfer does not occur as it might with email.
Files can only be downloaded from the CustomerPickup folder on our FTP site. Uploads are only permitted to the Upload folder. This discourages the use of our FTP site for unauthorized transfer of files, so that the server is available for authorized file transfers by our customers. Another benefit of this setup is that the files you upload will not be available for the public to download.
